| In preparation of the 2nd phase of the Data User Programme, the DUP Advisory Committee has organised an assessment of the achievements of the first phase in order to derive lessons learnt. | |
| This evaluation of the Data User Programme will be performed during the year 1999 based on a review of projects proposals and reports, on an attendance to the 2nd DUP workshop and on a number of evaluation meetings with project represenatives.
The DUP-1 evaluation report is expected to be published by November 1999. |
