| RIKS, Research Institute for Knowledge Systems, is a spin-off company of the University of Maastricht. For over a decade now, RIKS develops Decision Support Systems for the design of policies aimed at the management of river basins, coastal zones, cities, regions, environmental and eco-systems.
RIKS information systems support the analysis, visualisation and evaluation of autonomous developments in these complex systems, the consequences of external influences like climate change, market changes, or demographic growth, and the impacts of policy measures in their interconnected nature. |
