Kell S.r.l. is an Italian private company devoted to software development for:

• Telemedicine;
• Tele-education;
• Earth Observation: Algorithms development for satellite and airborne remote sensing, both in the optical and microwave spectra, software systems development for telemetry, images production, geometric images processing, geolocation, orthorectification, data fusion, value added products generation, SAR processing and interferometry;
• GIS, Navigation: Heterogeneous systems integration, on-board software, control centers, dissemination of raster, GIS and position data.

Kell was founded in 1997 as a spin-off of a working group already active in the field since 1990.

Kell crew is currently formed by physicists, software and electronic engineers and oceanographers, who are part of a young and dynamic scientific group engaged in development activities.

Kell exploits both internal knowledge and a tight collaboration with several research centers and Universities (University of Rome "La Sapienza", University of Cagliari, University of Perugia, University of Napoli "Parthenope" and the Italian National Research Council).
