LWF

The “Bayerische Landesanstalt für Wald und Forstwirtschaft” (LWF) is a governmental organisation of Forest Administration. The Department of Forest Protection of the LWF is the end user of the service provided by this project. One of the main activities of this department is the monitoring of distribution, dynamic and damage effects of forest insects in relation to changing biotic and abiotic environmental conditions especially due to climatic change effects.
